500W vertical wing-type wind power generation device

In Japan, there is only a light breeze. It generates about 500W at a wind speed of 5 to 6 m/s. Installing 5 units on-site will produce 2.5KW of power.

It generates approximately 14VDC at only 50rpm. It can charge a 12V battery. We use a high-efficiency dual Halbach array magnet generator, 1KW. The control unit manages battery charging control, wind turbine brake control, power output control, and monitoring. Before a typhoon arrives, the mechanical brake is manually applied. The output is via a DC/AC inverter: IN DC96V/100A, OUT AC100V to AC240V/12A.
